Fresh Flush

The following trailers are primarily used for construction sites or monthly rentals. For weekend rentals, refer to Special Events. Click on images to view them larger.

Gold Stripe

It requires 110/120 volts A/C, 30 amp service (female) L530-C plug to power the water pumps, baseboard heaters, lights and hot water heater. The trailer has two separate washroom compartments. Each room contains a fresh water flush toilet and sink, with hot water. The men’s room also contains a urinal. The trailer is insulated and heated. Fresh water for sinks and toilets, is supplied by a stainless steel tank backing the sink area. The sewage waste is stored in a tank beneath the floor. Interior lighting is a single 60 watt ceiling fixture. Natural light enters through a small fixed window. The trailer dimensions are 10 1/2 feet long (8 feet for unit plus 2 1/2 feet for tongue) by 8 feet wide (6 feet for unit plus 2 feet for steps and wheel wells. The trailer is mounted on wheels and before filling the water tank, it is blocked up (weight off the tires). Once water tank is filled, the trailer should not be moved.

Comfort Station

The trailer has two separate washroom compartments. Each room contains a fresh water flush toilet and sink, with hot water. The men’s room also contains a urinal. The trailer is insulated and heated. Fresh water for sinks, toilet and urinals, is supplied by a large tank tucked away in the utility room. The sewage waste is stored in a tank beneath the floor. Interior lighting is a single 60 watt ceiling fixture. Natural light enters through 14 inch, roof top, sky lights, that can be opened for ventilation. A blower motor is the utility room provides air circulation. Power requirements are a 220 volt A/C (2 phase), 30 amp feed. A female plug identified as a (female) L14-30-C is neccessary to connect to the panel box. Two phase 220 V/AC is requirement of the baseboard heaters. Single phase 110 volt A/C powers items such as the water pump, ceiling lights and water heater.

The trailer is mounted on wheels and before filling the water tank, it is blocked up (weight off the tires). Once water tank is filled, the trailer should not be moved. The dimensions of the trailer are 13 1/2 foot frontage by 5 foot deep (plus 2 feet for steps and wheel wells).

Single Units

The one washroom compartment unit contains a fresh water flush toilet, urinal and sink supplied with hot water. The unit is insulated and heated. Water for the toilet and sink is supplied by a fresh water tank hidden in the wall. Sewage waste is stored in a tank beneath the floor. Interior lighting is provided by a 60 watt light and fan combination fixture and a fixed, frosted glass window in the door. It requires two 15 amp services at 110/120 volts A/C. One feed powers the water pump, lights and water heater, while the second feed powers the 2 heaters.

The exterior dimensions of the washrooms #1, 2 & 3 are: 4 foot frontage by 6 foot deep by 9 foot high (plus 2 feet for steps). The exterior dimensions of the washrooms #4 & 5 are: 5 foot frontage by 6 foot deep by 9 foot high (plus 2 feet for steps). The unit  is mounted on steel rails to accommodate transportation. At time of delivery and pick up, a larger space is needed to allow the unit to be slid on or off the delivery vehicle. Note: once water tank is filled, trailer should not be moved.

Blue Cube

The one washroom compartment unit contains a fresh water flush toilet, urinal and sink fed by a metered cold water supply. The unit is insulated and warmed by 2 space-saving convection heaters. One is located in the washroom stall. The second heater is used in the maintenance room. Water for the toilet and sink is supplied by a fresh water tank stored in the rear maintenance area. Sewage waste is stored in a tank beneath the toilet bowl. Interior lighting is provided by a 60 watt light and a roof sky-light that also can be used to vent the stall. It requires one 30 amp services at 110/120 volts A/C.  Electric system power the water pump, lights and the 2 heaters.

The exterior dimensions of the washroom is: 5 foot frontage by 6 foot deep by 8.5 foot high. A 2 foot space must be left at the front and the rear, to allow the washroom and maintainance doors to be opened. The unit  is mounted on steel rails to accommodate transportation. Grey Cube

A one room unit containing a fresh water flush toilet and sink, with hot water. The unit is insulated and heated. It requires 110 volts A/C, 15 amp service to power the water pump, baseboard heater, wall light and hot water heater. Water for the toilet and sink is supplied by a large fresh water tank along the right side wall.  Sewage waste is stored in a tank beneath the floor. Dimensions of trailer are 6 foot frontage by 5 foot deep by 9 2/3 foot high (plus 2 feet for steps). Trailer is mounted on steel rails (note: once water tank is filled, trailer should not be moved)
