Service At 2011 Fleetwood Cruize, London, Ontario

I want to comment on the outstanding job your service personnel performed last week at this event.  It was announced that over 20,000 people attended over the three days. The visual condition of the portable units were spotless! It is clear to me that your employees have a clear understanding of your company’s mandate and definitely have pride in their work. Keeping up with the demands that such a large volume of people require must have been a daunting task, but your personnel have exceeded my expectations. I thank you and your staff for providing a positive experience for us at the event.

Thank you very much for the prompt and professional service provided this weekend. I am told there was a line up for the toilet most of the day, and many mucky children’s hands washed in the sink. Our event was a great success (and it did not rain!).
